Bitters
Bitterness is an essential component of a mixed mocktail as it helps to balance out any strong, sweet, or acidic qualities of the other ingredients.

Vinegars draw out the bitter properties of plant material, making them a great alcohol alternative for the classic bitters called for in mixed drink recipes.
